TANCET - MBA / MCA / ME ENTRANCE

Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is the Entrance Examination for MBA / MCA & M.E. / M. TECH. / M.Arch. / M.Plan, offered by various Universities & University Affiliated Colleges in Tamil Nadu.

The Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) is conducted every year on the 2nd Sunday of May, for Admission to the MBA programmes of Anna University School of Management, The Govt College of Technology Coimbatore, The Govt Colleges of Engineering at Salem and Tirunelveli and to other Govt aided and unaided Colleges. The actual list of colleges that are affiliated to the TANCET in any given year is released by the Directorate of Technical Education, Tamil Nadu, 20 days before the exam.

Applications are invited for separate common Entrance Test for admission to: 1, M.B.A, 2, M.C.A., Degree Programmes offered by Anna University, Government Engineering colleges, Government Aided Engineering Colleges, Government Arts and Science Colleges, Government Aided Arts and Science Colleges, Government Quota in Self financing engineering Colleges (both Minority and Non Minority), Government Quota in Self Financing Arts & Science Colleges (both Minority and Non Minority), including stand along instruction, 3. M.E. / M. Tech / M. Arch / M. Plan. Degree Programmes offered by constituent institutions of Anna University and Engineering Colleges affiliated to Anna University.

All other Universities in Tamil Nadu, Government Aided Colleges (both Engg. & Arts and Science) in respect of management quota and self-Financiing (both Minority and non-minority) Colleges (both Engg. & Arts and Science) in respect of management quota of seats may opt to admit candidates on the basis of the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test.

NIMCET (MCA Entrance)

IET Academy Education is now offering classroom training for NIMCET. NIMCET is the entrance exam for securing an admission to pursue a MCA from the NITs. IET Academy offers different courses for NIMCET (National Institute of Technology MCA Common Entrance Test).

METHODOLOGY FOR ENTRANCE TRAINING

2. Section-wise Testing: This module test, evaluates and helps you your skills through individual test papers and helps you achieve thoroughness in each individual test area. Here you will know the sections and areas that you are weak in and how to improve your level in these areas.

3. Overall Evaluation: Here you are tested and evaluated with a large number of comprehensive test papers modeled along the lines of recent Entrance papers. This gives an indication of where you stand and how you can plan your time while answering the paper.
